Detailed Eligibility Criteria

For Research Associate (RA)

• Ph.D. in Physics or equivalent degree from a recognized University.
• Alternatively, candidates with 03 years of Research, Teaching, and Design & Development experience after Post Graduation (M.Sc) in Physics are eligible.
• At least one research paper must have been published in a Science Citation Index (SCI) Journal.
• Upper Age Limit: 35 years as on the date of interview.

For Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

• Physics & Chemistry: Post Graduate degree (M.Sc or equivalent) in relevant subject in first division with NET/GATE/JEST qualification.
• Electronics & Comm: B.E./B.Tech in first division with NET/GATE OR M.E./M.Tech in first division at both PG and Graduate levels.
• Upper Age Limit: 28 years as on the date of interview.
• Relaxation: Up to 5 years for SC/ST/PH and 3 years for OBC candidates.

Fellowship Emoluments

Research Associate (RA)

₹67,000 / Month

Plus House Rent Allowance (HRA) and Medical Facilities as per DRDO rules.

Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

₹37,000 / Month

Step-by-Step Preparation:
