Physical Fitness Test (PFT)
- 1.6 km run in 5 min 40 sec (Group I) or 5 min 45 sec (Group II)
- 10 Push-ups, 10 Sit-ups, 9 Chin-ups
- Beam balance and 9 feet ditch jump
