Eligibility

• Any regularly appointed Stenographer Grade “D” in the service will be eligible to appear for the examination, provided they have completed at least six years of approved service as a Stenographer Grade “D”.

• must have completed at least six years of approved service and completed and successfully passed the required training programs.

• Candidates must have at least three years of approved and continuous service in Service Grade 'D'.
• They must also have at least two years of approved and continuous service in the competitive examination grade.
• Stenographers Grade "D" who are on deputation to an extra-cadre post with the approval of the competent authority, and who hold a lien in the Stenographer Grade "D" of the Service, will be eligible to appear for the examination.

• Any regularly appointed Stenographer Grade “D” in the service will be eligible to appear in the examination, provided they have completed at least six years of approved service as a Stenographer Grade “D”.

• A minimum of three years of approved and continuous service in Service Grade 'D' is required.
• And the candidate must have rendered at least 2 years of approved and continuous service in the grade.
• Stenographers Grade "D" who are on deputation to ex-cadre posts with the approval of the competent authority, and who hold a lien in the Stenographer Grade "D" of the Service, will be eligible to appear for the examination.

• Five years of regular service in the post of Stenographer Grade ‘D’ after appointment in the Commission, as per the crucial/cut-off date.
